If you have either strayed in the relationship or been the person who strayed away from the relationship, you know what a complete nightmare the entire experience is. It shatters our ability to trust, believe or even have hope about a relationship. Many things contribute to a person leaving or going behind our back. For Gen X and millennials, in particular, our love- hate relationship with our phones and social media make the process much more complicated, and easier for us to experience infidelity.
